I believe that every person is unique, and I tailor each treatment plan to meet individual needs. Whether you’re an athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply looking to improve your overall well-being, everyone is welcome. After seven years away, I am so excited to be back home in Ladysmith. I look forward to connecting with the community and meeting you.

Educational Background

I am a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.

Medical Office Assistant certification and worked with Island Health prior to becoming a massage therapist. During that time, I gained valuable experience across a variety of departments, supporting patients through the admin side of injury rehabilitation and developing a strong understanding of the healthcare system.

Hobbies and interests

Growing up on my family farm, I developed a strong love for the outdoors—whether it’s spending time at the river or lake, exploring new places, or hiking. I enjoy most sports, have a love for animals, being around my friends and family and recently took up road cycling (followed by ice cream of course).

In my day-to-day life, I like to incorporate a variety of movement, including strength training, cycling, mobility work (forever work in progress), and occasionally attempting to enjoy running. Staying active helps me feel my best and supports both my lifestyle and my work.

Why Massage Therapy

I have always been passionate about helping others. My experience working in healthcare as a Medical Office Assistant, combined with my own recovery from sports injuries, inspired me to pursue a more hands-on role in patient care.

These experiences shaped my belief in the importance of rehabilitation, preventative care, and a collaborative approach among healthcare professionals. Through my own injury recovery, I learned the value of consistency, patience, and recognizing that progress often comes with both peaks and setbacks. I am passionate about helping patients navigate that journey and supporting them every step of the way.

Professional Accomplishments

I’ve been fortunate to gain experience working with athletes at events such as the HSBC Rugby Sevens, Rugby Sevens Paris Olympic Qualifiers, WXV 1 Rugby in Vancouver, the Harry Jerome Track Classic, and the BC Summer Games.

However, the most rewarding part of my work is building meaningful connections within my community. Being part of a patient's journey—celebrating their milestones and supporting them through challenges—has been incredibly fulfilling. I continue to learn and grow with each experience and look forward to what lies ahead.
