After being treated several times at Active Solutions Health + Sport for my own sports injuries I always walked out with so much knowledge and a smile.
The atmosphere was so positive and fun! I was lucky enough to have a good friend recommend me for admin, and I’ve never looked back.
I'm grateful for the team I work with, and for the opportunity to bring smiles and laughs to as many people I can.
I also am exposed to so many wonderful patients that I truly look forward to seeing. Helping our patients navigate in what they need in a timely matter and seeing the positive progress in them is very rewarding.
Unique skills
I am a multitasker extraordinaire!
Being a mom of 4 girls, I take huge pride in being organized and the ability to go with the flow… organized chaos!
Core values
I pride myself in my ability to be an active listener. Working with a great team only works when you are willing to listen and learn.
And I am constantly learning. Not just the ins and outs of the admin side, but absorbing so much information that I can apply to my own health.
Biggest challenges
I think the biggest challenge I faced working in our clinic was during the first months of COVID. Learning to navigate through this time and navigate people’s fears and difficulties through such an unprecedented event was certainly difficult at times.
Hobbies and interests
When not working you most definitely will find me on the sideline of a pitch, softball field, or court cheering on my kids and their sports.
You can also find me lost in the forest somewhere, hiking with my family and the king of our family... Benny our Frenchie!
Professional background
My background is in the tourism and hospitality industry. I have spent many years travelling the world, working abroad in some of the most beautiful places. From South America to Central America, the Caribbean to Asia and the Middle East, I’ve been there.
